The AirMax strap combo is the ultimate inner and outer skin extension wizard. It comes in one of two standard sizes, medium (M) or large (L), which fit most men.

The AirMax companion features a special pulling insert and a sturdy valve-cap. A small balloon slipped into the channel of the pulling insert inflates below the base of the companion to expand the inner skin around your glans. The balloon prevents air from entering your urinary channel and automatically adapts its shape to your skin and glans. If used without balloon and cap, the central channel allows for urination as with any standard foreGestalt companion.

Use the AirMax companion either in a stand-alone configuration or combine it with the accompanying tensioning strap or weights for simultaneous inner and outer skin expansion. A balloon safely expands your inner skin. Balloons can be filled with air or water and last for several days in a row.
